Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in maintaining the quality and dependability of our products across user interfaces, APIs, and backend systems.

• Acquire practical experience with testing frameworks, automation tools, and data validation while helping to elevate our overall quality standards.

• Support GUI/API testing and backend validation to ensure systems function as intended.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to guarantee quality coverage for both frontend and backend features.

• Detect bugs, clearly document issues, and assist in their resolution.

• Continuously enhance your understanding of QA best practices, tools, and automation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software development as a QA engineer.

• More than 3 years of expertise in Python.

• Extensive knowledge of REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Claude Code / Goose.

• Experience working with data-intensive applications and microservices.

• Proficiency in Playwright or Selenium.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.

• Experience debugging large and complex architectures is an advantage.

• Experience analyzing large datasets is a plus.

• Startup mentality and a strong team player.

• Fluent in Polish and possess advanced English skills (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration abilities.

• Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate the needs of a global and time zone-diverse team (urgent tasks or meetings may arise outside of regular CEST working hours).

• Strong work ethic and dedication to completing assigned tasks and projects within set deadlines.

• Proven success in developing large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach.
