Senior QA Automatizador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute manual and automated tests (frontend and backend)

• Design test cases using a BDD approach

• Collaborate on the automation of functional, performance, and security tests

• Manage defects, document results, identify risks, and monitor key metrics (bugs, test coverage)

• Participate in team ceremonies and contribute to defining acceptance criteria

• Work with code repositories and CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor applications in both production and non-production environments and promote QA / Quality Engineering learning initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing roles for Semi Senior

• At least 5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing roles, with the ability to technically lead for Senior

• Understanding of testing processes and practices aligned with ISTQB FL / AT

• Experience in functional, non-functional, and automation testing (frontend and backend)

• Basic knowledge of performance and security testing (OWASP)

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipeline management

• Familiarity with data analytics applied to testing

• Knowledge of shift-left and shift-right testing approaches
