Senior QA Automation / SDET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and database layers from the ground up.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to verify builds, identify regressions early, and confirm deployment readiness.

• Implement automated visual regression and UI testing utilizing Playwright or Selenium.

• Conduct extensive API automation and execute complex data comparisons with MongoDB and SQL databases.

• Develop and uphold automated acceptance tests using BDD methodologies.

• Work in collaboration with platform and DevOps teams to execute automated test suites within Kubernetes and Terraform containerized environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of focused experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

• Complete dedication to automation; no manual exploratory testing involved.

• Strong expertise in .NET / C# for producing clean, maintainable test code.

• Advanced practical experience with either Playwright, including UI snapshots and visual regression testing, or Selenium.

• Proven experience in API automation, REST APIs, JSON payloads, and contract testing.

• Hands-on experience with querying and validating MongoDB in conjunction with SQL Server.

• Practical experience using BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow, Cucumber, or Gherkin.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and continuous integration pipelines including GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent frameworks, and evaluation frameworks.

• Experience deploying inference workloads on Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock / SageMaker.

• Familiarity with Autodesk products and APIs.

• Knowledge in construction, MEP, or manufacturing domains.

• Experience in leading large-scale system migrations or architectural transformations.

• Acquainted with modern serverless technologies on cloud platforms.

• Proven track record of establishing technical standards within engineering organizations.

• Understanding of event-driven architectures and message-based integration.
