Senior QA Automation, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product Management, Analysts, etc.) to comprehend requirements and formulate testable Acceptance Criteria.

• Engage with clients as necessary to understand and establish testable Acceptance Criteria.

• Provide testing estimates to assist in bid pricing, project budgeting, and task scheduling.

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests utilizing approved tools and frameworks.

• Derive and create test cases in accordance with established development testing standards and guidelines.

• Design, develop, and conduct both functional and non-functional tests (automated and manual as needed).

• Review QA and Test team efforts among peers.

• Prioritize workload to fulfill agreed commitments.

• Ensure adherence to approved development processes throughout the SDLC.

• Capture, document, and report bugs to enable Development teams to easily replicate issues.

• Provide prompt feedback to Line Management as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.

• A solid first degree in engineering, mathematics, or science.

• Industry experience in product testing.

• A team player who fosters collaboration and has a mindset oriented towards Continuous Improvement.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capability to prioritize personal workload.
