Senior QA Automation, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Become a member of our team and take on a crucial role in evaluating the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.

• Enhance and maintain current test automation processes.

• Detect and resolve defects effectively.

• Assess new features to guarantee system stability, scalability, and compatibility with ongoing product developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Familiarity with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript (preferred).

• Proficiency with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Understanding of version control systems, bug-tracking, and test management tools.

• Experience in backend testing, API testing, or microservices testing.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, including basic log analysis.

• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL or equivalent).

• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.

• Desirable: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java.

• Fundamental understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance).

• Experience with high-volume transactional systems is an advantage.
