Senior QA Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Create and uphold scalable automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• At least 4 years of experience in Test Automation.

• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Proficiency in web application automation testing.

• Capable of API testing and automation.

• Skilled in test strategy formulation and test planning.

• Expertise in test case design and quality engineering best practices.

• Strong programming capabilities in at least one modern programming language.

• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles.

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Proficient in Git and source control workflows.

• Ability to generate test reports and quality metrics.

• Experience with SQL.

• Skills in data validation and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience in technical leadership.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers.

• Capable of project planning and estimation.

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

• Possess a proactive mindset.
