Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end automation strategies for Hybris pricing logic through APIs, UI, and data layers.

• Create automation stories and test cases directly mapped to pricing Jira tickets.

• Maintain and expand the regression test suite for pricing as part of the continuous integration pipeline execution.

• Optimize the execution of pricing scripts to enhance speed, efficiency, and reliability.

• Provide clear and detailed failure diagnostics along with actionable steps following test execution failures.

• Collaborate with teams using strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a deep functional understanding of the SAP Commerce pricing engine (Hybris).

• Strong technical proficiency in Java as the core automation language.

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript for UI automation and Python for data validation and utilities.

• Solid experience in API Automation using tools such as Postman, Pytest (Python), or WebClient (Java).

• Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.

• Experience with CI/CD platforms, specifically Jenkins.

• Familiarity with advanced reporting tools like Extent or Allure.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Hybris and PCM (Product Content Management).
