Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in creating, developing, and sustaining automated testing frameworks.

• The ideal candidate will spearhead automation projects, set best practices, and guarantee ongoing quality across various projects while working closely with development and QA teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design, create, and maintain scalable automated test suites for UI and API.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks utilizing Playwright.

• Work with developers to resolve bugs.

• Analyze functional requirements to discover automation opportunities.

• Develop automated tests for regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end processes.

• Perform API automation using Postman or comparable tools.

• Collaborate thoroughly with developers, QA engineers, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Diagnose test failures and enhance automation reliability.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.

• Continuously enhance test coverage, framework maintainability, and execution efficiency.
