Senior QA Automation

📋 Description

• Test Automation: Development, maintenance, and execution of automation scripts for Web applications (WebdriverIO), APIs (Postman or PactumJS), and Data (Python/Javascript).

• Testing Strategy: Establish the testing plan and create scenarios using BDD (Behavior Driven Development) with Gherkin syntax.

• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality with each deployment (Gitlab).

• Bug Management: Identify, document, and track the resolution of issues using tools like Lambdatest or Kanbanize.

• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Refinements) and work closely with developers and POs to define acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one language such as JavaScript/Python.

• Automation Frameworks: Experience with market-leading test automation tools.

• API Testing: Strong knowledge of Postman, Pactum, or Swagger for backend service validation.

• Database: SQL queries for data validation and information integrity.

• Version Control: Proficient use of Git (GitFlow).

• Proactive, Agile mindset towards testing strategies.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Appium testing tools and mobile test automation on Device Farm.

• Financial Context: Previous experience with banking systems or payment methods.

• Security: Understanding of Security by Design practices and vulnerability analysis tools.
