Senior QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement automated test cases throughout all levels of the testing pyramid utilizing advanced quality assurance tools.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect project requirements and outline technical solutions.

• Enhance and sustain application performance, scalability, and reliability through thorough testing methodologies.

• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.

• Create and enforce quality processes that enable developers to produce high-quality work independently.

• Investigate and resolve software defects, ensuring prompt fixes and improvements.

• Serve as a central resource for QA practices, influencing system-level decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in quality assurance.

• Expertise in automation testing tools for both back-end and front-end development.

• Strong programming and scripting abilities in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (like Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (such as Git).

• Understanding of generative AI tools that assist in the quality assurance process (this is a plus).
