Senior QA Analyst – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and implement both manual and automated test cases for integrated systems.

• Create and uphold automation scripts utilizing Robot Framework and API automation instruments.

• Conduct manual testing on systems to validate integrations and essential workflows.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing to product development and the overall quality of deliverables.

• Collect and prepare test data sets from various areas, ensuring that test scenarios are thorough and realistic.

• Report and monitor bugs and enhancements using Jira.

• Work closely with customer support and operations teams to comprehend impacts and requirements.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all testing and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA professional, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency in API automation (REST/SOAP) using contemporary tools and frameworks.

• Experience with Robot Framework for script development and maintenance.

• Familiarity with Jira for task and bug tracking.

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum) and active participation in related ceremonies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
