Senior QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Participate in defining and executing test plans for product functionalities by conducting manual tests and, when necessary, automated tests.

• Identify and document defects, reporting their status accordingly.

• Provide feedback on usability improvements.

• Document best practices in an internal knowledge base.

• Assist in training other team members on processes and technologies used when required.

• Suggest enhancements that improve quality engineering outcomes.

• Ensure the software quality standards required by the products are met.

• Engage in end-to-end (E2E) integration testing using Cypress or similar tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web applications, backend, mobile, and APIs, both functional and non-functional.

• Experience in agile processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans using test management tools like Jira and Zephyr.

• Comprehensive experience in testing web applications, backend, mobile, and APIs, both functional and non-functional.

• A flexible professional who is open to a continuously changing environment.

• A proactive individual committed to making contributions.

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.

• Experience in testing with GraphQL.

• Knowledge of Git.

• Understanding of databases (MongoDB).

• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and tools like Jenkins.
