Senior QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for quality.

• Ensure that all platforms and systems operate as designed and adhere to high-quality benchmarks.

• Quickly gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of credit card features and functionalities across various platforms and systems.

• Assist in quality assurance initiatives for web, mobile, and IVR applications.

• Compose clear, concise, and actionable defect reports, test cases, and testing documentation.

• Create and execute test cases and scripts; analyze and document the outcomes.

• Identify, log, and monitor defects using the appropriate bug-tracking tools.

• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure clarity and resolution of issues.

• Keep regression test cases, scenarios, and criteria updated.

• Aid in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, platforms, and the industry.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proven capability to produce clear, concise, and actionable technical documentation with minimal revisions.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly absorb, retain, and apply large volumes of complex information.

• Proven success in rapidly scaling up across multiple systems, tools, and processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with Fiserv and Global Payments (TSYS) platforms and transaction processing.

• Extensive background in the financial services and/or credit card industry, including knowledge of industry processes, regulations, and best practices.

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of and compliance with banking policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work setting.

• Willingness to work within the CorServ footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NC, NE, TN, TX, WI, WY).
