Senior QA – AI-Driven Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks utilizing Selenium WebDriver or comparable tools.

• Create and run automated test scripts using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.

• Develop and sustain automation suites for UI, API, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot for the generation, maintenance, and optimization of automated tests.

• Analyze testing outcomes, pinpoint root causes, and work with development teams to address issues.

• Conduct test planning, estimation, and assessments of automation feasibility.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, and system-level requirements.

• Produce automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for automation, Quality Engineering, and best practices in AI-assisted testing.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to grasp requirements and design solutions.

• Validate AI-generated testing assets, maintain test environments, and incorporate automated testing into CI/CD processes.

• Lead or assist in QA transformation initiatives and mentor team members in automation, AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, and contemporary Quality Engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.

• Proficient in C#/.NET development.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as NUnit and xUnit.

• Understanding of API automation tools like Postman or RestSharp.

• Strong grasp of test automation architecture and framework design.

• Ability to convert business requirements into effective testing strategies.

• Experience in validating AI-generated test artifacts.

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.

• Proficient with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.

• Experience in integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines, with knowledge of testing environments and release processes.

• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Playwright AI-assisted automation.

• Practical experience using AI tools for test creation and maintenance, with the ability to review and enhance AI-generated code and tests.

• Proven track record in leading automation, Quality Engineering, or QA transformation efforts.

• Experience in senior technical or QA leadership positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Playwright automation, Docker and containerization, and building hybrid frameworks (Page Object Model, BDD, Data-Driven).
