Senior Python Engineer – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete production systems: design, build, deploy, monitor, and enhance continuously.

• Develop and sustain backend services based on Python.

• Create and refine LLM pipelines within production settings.

• Lead the response and troubleshooting efforts for production-related issues.

• Enhance system reliability and testing methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Execute observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks.

• Participate in architectural decision-making with an emphasis on performance and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Python / AI Engineer.

• Practical experience with LLMs in production settings.

• Proficient in Python and FastAPI.

• Significant experience in production debugging and incident management.

• Experience working within a product-driven company.

• Knowledge of backend architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), Docker, and CI/CD processes.

• Understanding of financial data and reporting systems.
