Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborating within an agile team utilizing Scrum methodology and contributing to the strategic planning of the AI roadmap.

• Architecture & Design: Participating in architectural, infrastructure, and strategic decision-making for AI-enabled services.

• AI Implementation: Developing and executing production-ready RAG pipelines and Agentic workflows that utilize internal data.

• Standardization: Implementing Model Context Protocols (MCP) to standardize interactions between our AI tools and various data sources and environments.

• Quality Assurance: Performing code reviews and upholding high standards for documentation and testability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of recent expertise in Go, Python, C#, or comparable high-level languages.

• Strong understanding of Linux (Bash/Shell), Docker, and Kubernetes for scaling containerized applications.

• Proficient in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL), query optimization, and Redis for caching/state management.

• Knowledge of the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Nice to have: In-depth understanding of Python internals, including asynchronous programming (`asyncio`), memory management, and performance profiling.

• Experience in building RAG systems and working with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI).

• Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant) and semantic search optimization.

• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar interoperability standards.

• Understanding of distributed microservice architecture and data security-focused environments.
