Senior Python Developer – AI, Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within an agile team utilizing Scrum methodology

• Take part in the strategic planning of the AI roadmap

• Participate in architectural, infrastructure, and strategic decision-making for AI-driven services

• Design and develop production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

• Create and implement agentic workflows that leverage internal data

• Integrate Model Context Protocols (MCP) to standardize interactions between AI tools and various data sources and environments

• Conduct code reviews for other team members

• Uphold high standards for documentation and testability

• Design and build AI-driven solutions, including RAG systems, autonomous agents, and MCP integrations

• Contribute to shaping the architecture of the AI ecosystem while ensuring internal tools are robust, scalable, and integrated with enterprise data

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience

• A minimum of 4 years of recent programming experience with Python as the primary language

• Strong comprehension of Python internals, including asynchronous programming (asyncio), memory management, and performance profiling

• Demonstrated experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI

• Solid understanding of Linux and proficient command-line skills (Bash/Shell)

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized applications

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), including query optimization and schema design

• Proficient in using Redis for caching and state management in distributed systems

• Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging, monitoring, and observability

• Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search optimization is a plus

• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar interoperability standards is advantageous

• Understanding of distributed application principles and microservice architecture is beneficial

• Familiarity with modern back-end design patterns is desirable

• Experience in domains where data security and integrity are critical is a plus
