Senior Python, AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Creating robust and secure backend applications while incorporating AI solutions into current products and support systems.

• Investigating, assessing, and implementing new AI technologies to promote optimization and innovation.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and support teams, throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contributing to backend systems that serve multiple products, rather than focusing on a single application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional product development experience using Python, with an emphasis on scalable backend services and data manipulation, along with strong skills in Docker for containerization and deployment.

• Proven experience in developing autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI Agents), with a solid architectural judgment regarding the application of LLMs compared to traditional coding or simpler ML models.

• Proficient in designing automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval), implementing production monitoring (e.g., Langfuse, Pydantic Logfire), and ensuring the reliability of solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of AI security, including response control, prompt injection prevention, and safety measures, as well as the capability to optimize throughput, token costs, and latency at scale.

• A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies and methodologies, particularly in the fast-paced field of AI.

• A proactive approach to researching and embracing cutting-edge and emerging workflows, focusing on exploring innovative methods alongside established best practices.
