This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Providing assistance to various activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.
• Directly managing assigned ICSR personnel.
• Developing and maintaining project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, training sessions, and other initiatives to enhance ICSR team efficiency.
• Recommending process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Overseeing ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Reviewing trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.
• Participating in ICSR processing and conducting the second quality check of cases.
• Assisting other departments as endorsed and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Serving as the assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.
• Supporting the RA & PV Network Department as required, which includes acting as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the designated country and assuming the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the assigned language, as coordinated with the line manager.
• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.
• 3-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 1 year in a line management position.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient delegation abilities.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
