Senior PV Officer, Team Leader – Pharmacovigilance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Offering assistance to various activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the organization.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develops and upholds project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR operations.

• Suggests process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversees ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Analyzes trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Participates in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases.

• Provides support to other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Functions as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 3-4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities, including attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation.

• Capable of effective planning and time management.

• Possesses technical skills.

• Works well in a team environment.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
