Senior Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert psychological consultation and advice to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of psychology-driven programs, services, and initiatives.

• Create and improve assessment methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Perform and analyze individual, team, and/or organizational assessments, providing actionable insights.

• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, assess outcomes, and guide decision-making.

• Act as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.

• Manage complex client engagements and impact strategic decisions with evidence-based recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to tackle intricate challenges and fulfill project goals.

• Offer technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 10+ years of professional experience, or a Master's degree in Psychology with 8+ years of related experience, or a PhD with 6+ years of related experience.

• Advanced knowledge in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.

• Proven experience in providing psychological consultation and guidance.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and assessing psychology-based programs and initiatives.

• Skilled in developing assessment methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Competent in conducting and interpreting individual, team, and/or organizational assessments.

• Experienced in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

• Background in leading complex client engagements and delivering evidence-based recommendations.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability in providing technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership.
