Senior Proposals Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development of proposals, including responses to RFPs, across various market segments.

• Handle multiple workloads simultaneously within tight deadlines while ensuring precision and quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure strong and aligned positioning.

• Collect and analyze data from internal systems to bolster proposal responses.

• Tailor responses according to client-specific strategies and pricing considerations.

• Create new content when standard responses fall short of client needs.

• Utilize knowledge of pricing methodologies and underwriting guidelines.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes and departmental best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proven experience in project execution, organization, and delivery.

• Familiarity with business operations, analytics, and problem-solving frameworks.

• Proposal and/or project management experience is highly preferred.

• Understanding of PBM industry terminology and Medicare Part D.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with proposal management and CRM tools.
