Senior Proposal Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with marketing and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to effectively convey the Integrated RxBenefits narrative through proposals, presentations, and various marketing materials.

• Clearly and engagingly explain technical topics.

• Act as the main contact for creating proposals, presentations, and other materials intended for clients.

• Investigate and comprehend pertinent market, industry, and competitive data for inclusion in proposals and other company communication materials.

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor proposal revisions, contributions, and submissions before deadlines.

• Identify inefficiencies in the proposal process and formulate strategies to improve.

• Lead initiatives to enhance and sustain standard proposal assets, trackers, collateral, templates, and libraries.

• Create and draft substantial content in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and pitching opportunities.

• Collaborate with Principal Advisors, Sales Directors, and other client-facing roles to craft a customized approach for each RFP response and manage participation and feedback.

• Engage in the creation and implementation of content marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads to boost sales and customer retention.

• Actively partner with the Marketing Director and SMEs to develop custom content necessary for proposals, presentations, white papers, case studies, and more.

• Uphold the highest quality standards for all company materials, including proposals, presentations, white papers, and marketing collateral.

• Comply with RxBenefits’ Information Security Management System along with all other company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Word and PowerPoint.

• Practical experience with RFP management tools such as Responsive, Conveyor, or Loopio.

• Exceptional writing abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of drafting, proofreading, and editing written content efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Process-oriented with the capacity to maintain project timelines and stakeholder involvement.

• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience is preferred.

• Experience in a professional services organization and marketing team environment, along with knowledge of best practices for proposal development.
