This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs — from opportunity evaluation and prospect research to proposal creation, presentation, and handover to the delivery team.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive RFP process, guiding proposal development.
• Work in conjunction with Sales and Presales teams to devise successful strategies.
• Identify potential RFP risks and manage mitigation efforts.
• Formulate and communicate effective proposal strategies that align with client requirements.
• Analyze RFP specifications and construct compliance matrices.
• Compose executive summaries and tailored materials.
• Supervise proposal development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impactful visuals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce precise and engaging responses.
• Facilitate effective decision-making and task allocation across teams.
• Monitor RFP responses and keep updated records.
• Keep management apprised of progress and supply reporting inputs.
• Maintain and enhance the proposal resource library.
• Continuously improve materials based on feedback and analysis of wins and losses.
• 5+ years of practical experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes.
• Experience in software development and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Extensive knowledge of the business development lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Ability to establish rapport with various buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Sales experience and familiarity with sales processes (Desirable).
• 2+ years of project management experience (Desirable).
