This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive proposals, overseeing the writing, coordination, and delivery of our submissions in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and various other formats.

• Collaborate with Account Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to efficiently manage the proposal creation process.

• Engage actively in project strategy discussions to ensure that product/service offerings are clearly represented in proposals.

• Review, edit, rewrite, and revise documents to maintain readability, consistency, accuracy, and relevance.

• Adhere to proposal deadlines by setting priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.

• Serve as the main point of contact for collecting information from multiple sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development, or in an operational, academic, or corporate setting, or as a Proposal Associate – Writing.

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or PhD preferred (ideally in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing).

• Experience in drafting RFIs within a CRO environment, or in pharmaceutical/biotech outsourcing is preferred.

• Familiarity with the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills coupled with strong commercial insight.
