This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guide clients through a comprehensive range of commercial property issues, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord/tenant disputes, and development initiatives.
β’ Negotiate, draft, and assess various property contracts and agreements.
β’ Oversee due diligence and ensure compliance for commercial property transactions.
β’ Deliver practical, business-oriented solutions to intricate commercial property challenges.
β’ Cultivate, sustain, and enhance robust client relationships as a trusted advisor.
β’ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 7 years PQE in commercial property.
β’ Demonstrated experience in handling complex and high-value commercial property matters, including lease negotiations, property transactions, development projects, planning agreements, and conditional contracts.
β’ Strong business insight with the capacity to operate independently and with minimal oversight.
