Senior Prompt Engineer – Generative AI, LLMs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and optimize prompts and prompt pipelines for applications utilizing LLM technology.

• Construct structured prompt frameworks, including few-shot, chain-of-thought, role prompting, and tool prompting.

• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, bias, hallucination, and dependability.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate prompts into APIs and AI products.

• Create prompt libraries and reusable templates tailored for various use cases.

• Conduct experiments to benchmark prompt strategies across diverse LLMs.

• Establish guardrails and evaluation techniques to ensure safe and consistent AI responses.

• Work alongside product, data science, and engineering teams to enhance AI performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in Prompt Engineering.

• Strong preference for applicants from Indian Institutes of Technology or comparable institutions.

• Exceptional analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Outstanding written communication and language structuring abilities.

• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering methodologies.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

• Willingness to work on a contract basis.
