This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the deployment of extensive AI infrastructure programs across various locations, regions, or business sectors.
• Manage the complete execution of projects related to GPU clusters, AI computing environments, storage solutions, high-speed networking, and data center infrastructure.
• Create comprehensive project plans, implementation approaches, and frameworks for operational readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, supply chain, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Recognize and address program risks, scheduling impacts, technical dependencies, and operational limitations.
• Spearhead initiatives for infrastructure migration, expansion, enhancement, and modernization.
• Conduct governance reviews, project reporting, KPI monitoring, and communications at the executive level.
• Organize infrastructure acceptance testing, deployment validation, and activities to ensure production readiness.
• Guide junior project managers and assist in standardizing PMO processes and enhancing operational maturity.
• Aid in vendor negotiations, technical assessments, and infrastructure planning efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of AI infrastructure technologies, including GPU platforms, storage systems, networking, and data center operations.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical project or program management within infrastructure settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale infrastructure deployment or transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional skills in risk management, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven experience in coordinating multi-vendor and cross-functional technical teams.
• Capability to manage intricate schedules, budgets, and operational dependencies.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Agile, CCNA, etc.).
