AI Developer – LLM Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative AI-driven product features from concept to deployment

• Enhance current AI workflows to boost quality, reliability, latency, and user satisfaction

• Design and execute workflows based on LLMs, including structured outputs, validation mechanisms, and fallback strategies

• Create evaluation loops, tests, and quality assurance processes for outputs generated by AI

• Incorporate AI functionalities into established product and backend infrastructures

• Collaborate with both commercial and open-source LLMs without being restricted to any single provider

• Facilitate self-hosted model workflows when beneficial for quality, speed, cost-efficiency, or control

• Troubleshoot AI feature malfunctions across inputs, outputs, data, backend processes, and user interactions

• Utilize AI development tools as an essential component of your daily activities

• Deliver results swiftly while maintaining high production standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient software engineering abilities, particularly in Python or a similar backend programming language

• Experience in developing AI-driven product features or workflows based on LLMs

• Capability to rapidly transform vague product concepts into functional software

• Strong grasp of designing, testing, validating, and refining AI outputs

• Proven experience in integrating AI workflows into live production systems

• Sharp debugging skills across application logic, data, model outputs, and user-facing functionalities

• Experience with evaluation, testing, validation, or quality control processes for AI-generated outputs

• Substantial experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in your daily workflow

• High intelligence, quick learning ability, proactive mindset, and sense of ownership

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making swift decisions, and thriving in a high-trust startup atmosphere

• Proficient in written and spoken English
