Senior Project/Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of large-scale programs, managing the complete life cycle, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Facilitate decision-making regarding trade-offs among technical limitations, scheduling risks, and business value.

• Ensure effective communication among Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Business Owners.

• Identify, evaluate, and address risks that may affect program delivery.

• Create contingency plans and appropriately escalate issues to leadership.

• Continuously enhance delivery processes by establishing success criteria, gathering feedback from retrospectives, and applying best practices to boost velocity.

• Propel the development and prioritization of program milestones utilizing data-driven insights and health metrics.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships throughout the organization to ensure alignment on program objectives and collective results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• 7+ years of pertinent experience in Program Management or Project Management.

• Proven experience leading programs within CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) settings.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts while managing trade-offs across intricate systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to execution in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive actions and assess program health.

• A passion for building processes and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Enthusiasm for people, processes, and technology.

• Willingness to actively engage in problem-solving and sustain momentum in the face of uncertainty.

• Experience collaborating with global and/or U.S.-based business teams.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
