• Take ownership of and oversee all aspects of the client financial lifecycle, encompassing invoicing, billing, unbilled activity, aged debt, dispute resolution, write-offs, and financial troubleshooting.
• Track and resolve invoicing challenges, aged debt, and discrepancies in collaboration with Cartus internal teams and client representatives.
• Ensure precise and compliant reporting of assignment expenses in alignment with taxable compensation obligations.
• Maintain accurate expense matrices and financial frameworks to guarantee correct billing, compliance, and margin protection.
• Actively identify missed fees, pricing discrepancies, and revenue loss; collaborate with internal teams to rectify and protect profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and address invoicing discrepancies in partnership with Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
• Convey and present complex financial data, insights, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as a reliable financial partner to the client, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trust in financial processes and outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings, financial reviews, and operational discussions as necessary.
• Lead consolidated financial, operational, and compliance reporting, including both standard and ad hoc deliverables.
• Provide regular and special reporting through secure, mutually agreed-upon channels and internal platforms.
• Conduct data analytics and trend analysis to pinpoint risks, opportunities, cost drivers, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client dashboards, reports, and analyses to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all financial, payroll, and SLA reporting outputs by upholding internal databases and controls.
• Coordinate the establishment and financial enablement of new services and entities by collaborating with Legal, Pricing, Finance, and Operations.
• Guarantee accurate system configurations, fee setups, and timely revenue recognition.
• Manage financial process changes related to implementation, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and clear communication.
• Assist leadership in monitoring SLAs, CTQs, service ratings, and operational performance.
• Promote account compliance through effective global operational and financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements while maintaining service quality and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recognizing efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for innovation.
• Provide analytical and financial support for projects and transformational initiatives as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to improve consistency, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client billing inquiries.
• Support the Account Manager in all projects and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with clients to assist the Account Manager with project development, deliverables, and billing.
• Act as the primary client contact in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Proven experience in identifying, researching, and analyzing complex information, and translating it into client-ready documents.
• Ability to handle a high volume of deliverables while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Background in commercial business.
• Experience in project management.

• High competence in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
