Senior Project & Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing project and service contracts while taking responsibility for specific work packages.

• Collaborate with our IT experts to ensure contract-compliant delivery of our services.

• Contribute to quality assurance and the continuous enhancement of our services in accordance with SLA and KPI standards.

• Spot opportunities for improvement in collaboration and implement enhancements as part of the Continual Service Improvement process.

• Aid in onboarding new or modified services from the planning stage through to the operational handover.

• Support the alignment of customer requirements with established standards.

• Serve as the liaison between clients and the project & service team, coordinating tasks effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess initial experience in a project or service environment (e.g., IT services, operations, PMO, service desk, or customer success).

• Have a foundational understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes along with initial exposure to IT operations, ticketing, and workflow processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

• Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence is advantageous.

• Gain initial insights into project work and ideally have knowledge of traditional or agile methodologies.

• Show interest in new technologies, digital products, and current trends within the IT sector.

• Demonstrate the ability to capture requirements systematically, analyze them, and collaborate with the team to convert them into suitable solutions.

• Possess very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
