Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst is responsible for leading intricate, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, while driving business requirements, optimizing processes, and conducting strategic analysis.

• In this dual-focused position, you will manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation while assessing business processes to ensure they align with the organization's objectives.

• Acting as a vital link between stakeholders and project teams, you will promote organizational cohesion, foster robust stakeholder engagement, and steer the effective implementation of business solutions that provide measurable benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Over 10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including a minimum of 5 years managing enterprise portfolios within a matrixed environment.

• Proven track record in leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding discussions at the executive level.

• Strong financial understanding (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience collaborating with Finance departments.

• Proficient in Project Portfolio Management platforms (such as Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), along with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

• Expertise in stage-gate processes, change control, and risk management; capable of transforming insights into actionable decisions.

• Outstanding communication abilities—skilled in creating executive-level narratives and facilitating intricate, cross-functional decision-making.
