Senior Project Manager, Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design and oversee enterprise-level Talent Acquisition projects by establishing scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

• Facilitate Process and Systems Enhancements: Evaluate existing processes and tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions.

• Provide Insights and Inform Decisions: Set KPIs, create dashboards, and deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate and Influence Across Teams: Cultivate strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Mentor and Uphold Project Standards: Offer guidance and coaching to project managers.

• Contribute to Team Culture and Development: Foster a strong sense of teamwork and connection.
