• Provide Insights and Inform Decisions: Set KPIs, create dashboards, and deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate and Influence Across Teams: Cultivate strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Mentor and Uphold Project Standards: Offer guidance and coaching to project managers.
