Senior Project Manager, Product Launches – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant product launches, aligning with strategic goals.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.

• Facilitate coordination among Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to guarantee smooth go-to-market execution and adoption.

• Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and results to senior management and stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability.

• Utilize AI-powered project management tools and data-driven insights to anticipate risks, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making.

• Lead post-launch assessments and ongoing improvement initiatives to maximize the impact on customers and the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification is preferred).

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience, including substantial engagement in launching products and managing intricate, cross-functional initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market execution with experience in coordinating across product, marketing, and sales functions.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with Claude Enterprise and other AI tools, applying AI for stakeholder synthesis, risk management, launch readiness, and status updates.
