Senior Project Manager – Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for creating new products as well as enhancing existing products within the high-end design cookware sector, along with related materials (instructions, packaging, etc.).

• You will coordinate with internal teams and collaborate with external service providers and manufacturing partners.

• You will develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets while maintaining relevant reports.

• You will ensure that functionality, design, and quality standards are met.

• You will communicate project updates and outcomes within the team.

• You will work with the team to evaluate and improve our product development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Business Administration, Engineering (mechanical, industrial, or a related field), or an equivalent qualification.

• You have several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, preferably in cookware or household appliances.

• You have a keen eye for product design, quality standards, and manufacturing details.

• You have experience in managing external manufacturing partners.

• You have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials.

• Additional training and certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) would be advantageous.

• You communicate in a proactive manner, are detail-oriented, and ensure sustainable implementation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• You are proficient with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.).

• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and have conversational fluency in English.
