Senior Project Manager – Pregnancy Registries Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.

β€’ Ensure adherence to escalation protocols both internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication pathways).

β€’ Responsible for the overall success of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).

β€’ Maintain financial oversight at the project level by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the contract, aligning resources with the budget, managing out-of-scope activities, driving the Contract Modification process/negotiations, and ensuring team adherence to timelines.

β€’ Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal delivery throughout the project.

β€’ Lead Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).

β€’ Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.

β€’ Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (equivalent to 8+ years).

β€’ Experience in pregnancy registry or similar virtual trials is preferable.

β€’ Proficiency in technical and systems competencies, including effective use of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as organizational systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity).

β€’ Capability to delegate effectively and prioritize personal and project team workloads in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to evolving priorities and situations.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and directives.

β€’ Strong grasp of core project management principles (time, quality, cost), including robust financial acumen.

β€’ Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, with a capacity for critical and analytical strategic thinking to navigate complex or ambiguous situations.

β€’ Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing others, along with cross-cultural awareness.
