This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
β’ Ensure adherence to escalation protocols both internally and externally (Rules of Engagement β communication pathways).
β’ Responsible for the overall success of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).
β’ Maintain financial oversight at the project level by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the contract, aligning resources with the budget, managing out-of-scope activities, driving the Contract Modification process/negotiations, and ensuring team adherence to timelines.
β’ Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal delivery throughout the project.
β’ Lead Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
β’ Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
β’ Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (equivalent to 8+ years).
β’ Experience in pregnancy registry or similar virtual trials is preferable.
β’ Proficiency in technical and systems competencies, including effective use of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as organizational systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity).
β’ Capability to delegate effectively and prioritize personal and project team workloads in a dynamic environment.
β’ Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to evolving priorities and situations.
β’ Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and directives.
β’ Strong grasp of core project management principles (time, quality, cost), including robust financial acumen.
β’ Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, with a capacity for critical and analytical strategic thinking to navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
β’ Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing others, along with cross-cultural awareness.
