This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to create and sustain both new and existing drug cost containment initiatives across all business lines (Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid).
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful rollout and execution of programs.
• Continuously update and maintain detailed implementation plans, workflow guides, training materials, and other essential documentation.
• Establish quality control procedures to ensure program adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Manage relationships and provide oversight of third-party vendors (including pharmacies) involved in program administration.
• Utilize reporting tools and collaborate with our Analytics team to create and maintain opportunity analyses and ongoing savings performance reports.
• Assist in the development of the go-to-market strategy for savings product offerings, encompassing pricing, marketing, and implementation.
• Assess the changing industry and market landscape and analyze prescription claims data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing existing products.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience relevant to healthcare cost management, such as within a health plan, PBM, value-based care, or managed care environment; consulting, advising, or technology enablement experiences in these areas are also considered applicable.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle several active projects at once.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools, conducting data analyses, and effectively interpreting data reports and visualizations.
