This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for the client.
• Organize and supervise all functional services, including external vendors, adhering to the established timeline and budget.
• Oversee the study budget, ensuring the project stays within scope and that any out-of-scope activities are identified promptly and addressed appropriately.
• Maintain integrated collaboration with clinical operations during delivery and participate in clinical activities as needed.
• Manage the financial health of assigned studies, overseeing project profitability, billable project hours, and ensuring compliance with timely, accurate billing and forecasting to meet business goals.
• Create detailed and comprehensive project plans, which include timelines and proactive risk management and mitigation strategies, to guide all aspects of trial execution with consistency and quality.
• Ensure quality management for assigned projects, including eTMF inspection readiness and implementation of quality notification incident forms or corrective and preventive action plans to resolve any quality issues.
• Foster integrated collaboration with all functional operations during program delivery and review other study documentation as required.
• Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial and team progress towards project objectives.
• Prepare project status updates and communicate progress to clients and senior management, including reporting on key performance indicators and providing solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Lead both internal and client meetings, setting clear expectations for the project team.
• Communicate effectively with both the client and Precision management to address protocol/study issues, including any deviations, and implement necessary actions in response to these issues.
• Capable of delivering formal presentations to diverse audiences, including colleagues, investigative staff, and clients, with proficiency in Bid Defenses.
• Ensure study-specific training is executed in collaboration with functional areas and maintain compliance with study-specific training throughout the project duration.
• Assist with business development and marketing efforts as necessary, including travel to Bid Defense meetings as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Remain compliant with organizational training, time reporting, and other administrative responsibilities as required.
• Provide ongoing feedback to functional team members, including conducting annual performance reviews.
• North America: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• EU: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of clinical research experience or demonstrable competencies for this role, including a minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing complex and global trials.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with others in a team environment.
