• Effectively and efficiently oversee Professional Services projects throughout the entire engagement lifecycle:
• Ensure consistent and timely communication with all key stakeholders.
• Manage project challenges and risks until resolution.
• Build and nurture both internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives and deliverables outlined in the statement of work are achieved.
• Plan and allocate resources to guarantee that all projects adhere to scope and budget expectations.
• Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project-related data.
• Manage and support internal processes related to revenue recognition and customer invoicing.
• Develop and uphold project management methodologies and process documentation.
• Deliver Project Management services to GuidePoint customers in a professional service capacity.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• A minimum of 4 years in a consulting services role or a similar IT Project Management environment.
• Experience interacting with information security personnel and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A personal drive and commitment to both personal development and the advancement of the PMO and other GuidePoint Security teams.
• Advanced project management skills, demonstrating the ability to assess project objectives and scope, understand customer needs, schedule resources, and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and/or teams concurrently while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial stability.
• Familiarity with a wide range of information security terminology and disciplines.
• Knowledge of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
• Proven leadership in managing personnel and technical projects, with the capacity to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong written communication skills for creating formal deliverables.
• Effective verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse audience from technical staff to top management.
• Proficient in problem analysis and resolution, capable of performing complex tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to cultivate customer relationships that enhance communication and ensure project success.
• Demonstrated skills in persuasion and negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, with a strong ability to use Microsoft Excel for project reporting.
• Familiarity with OpenAir and Salesforce, or similar Professional Services applications.
• Standard industry certifications are preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, with a preference for experience with Mac and Google applications.
• Experience using remote teleconferencing tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
