Senior Project Manager, Non-Interventional Trials Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.

• Ensure adherence to internal and external escalation processes.

• Define roles and communication channels for secondary project leaders as necessary.

• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve or surpass deliverables.

• Oversee the overall project delivery with respect to time, cost, and quality.

• Manage financial oversight at the project level, including contract comprehension, budget resource alignment, out-of-scope activities, Con Mod negotiations, and timeline execution.

• Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations effectively.

• Facilitate project-level risk identification and issue resolution through RBQM/RESOLVE.

• Ensure compliance of the project team with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.

• 8+ years of prior experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

• Experience in managing full-service clinical trials.

• Preference for experience in Non-Interventional studies.

• Proficiency in technical and systems tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity.

• Capability to delegate and prioritize both personal and project team members' workloads.

• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and directives.

• Solid grasp of project management principles related to time, quality, and cost, complemented by strong financial acumen.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficient in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing others, with cross-cultural awareness.

• Capable of complying with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.

• Ability to work in an office/laboratory and/or clinical environment.

• Competent in using necessary personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, and gloves.
