This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the delivery throughout the complete Modular lifecycle (design → manufacture → FAT → logistics → site integration)
• Oversee multiple high-value, intricate projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards
• Take responsibility for commercial performance, including margin management, cost control, variations, and financial forecasting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and site operations to ensure alignment in delivery
• Supervise production planning, FAT readiness, and delivery sequencing in collaboration with manufacturing teams
• Manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies, driving proactive mitigation and escalation as needed
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing relationships, communication, and key commercial negotiations
• Provide precise reporting and forecasting that aligns with business governance requirements
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, promoting best practices and consistent delivery
• Capture and implement lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement in Modular delivery
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with the capability to manage project profitability
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-discipline Modular projects
• Confident decision-making skills under pressure in fast-paced delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder and client management at senior executive levels
• Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, site)
• Ability to work with high autonomy and accountability
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale Modular/skid-based projects from start to finish
• Experience in managing high-value, high-risk projects and diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven history of handling multiple concurrent complex projects
• Strong experience in commercial management, including variations and financial oversight
• Experience in manufacturing, factory delivery, and site execution environments
• Possess a full, clean, and valid driving license
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Desirable: Project Management certification (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Leadership or people management training
