📋 Description

• Overseeing project management and coordination throughout all project stages

• Administration of agency workflows, timelines, and financial plans

• Conducting briefings, resource allocation, and capacity planning

• Guaranteeing quality standards, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction

• Facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners, including freelancers

• Ongoing enhancement of workflows and project benchmarks

• Assisting in pitch development and proposal budgeting

• Multiple years of experience in project management, preferably within an agency setting

• Strong grasp of agile methodologies alongside traditional project management tools

• Excellent organizational abilities, a sense of accountability, and effective communication skills

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and thriving in cross-functional teamwork

• Background in client-facing positions and managing intricate projects
