This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise reporting, time, cost, risk, and scope management.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on all MEP project management issues.
• Direct project management activities including cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, completion, and handover.
• Ensure the delivery of shell and core as well as fit-out phases on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Handle authority applications for necessary utilities.
• Conduct project reporting, risk assessment, cost analysis, and schedule controls.
• Develop management tools to oversee the project effectively.
• Foster a cost-conscious environment within the team.
• Monitor cost, program, and quality, issuing monthly formal reports that include progress claims and payment recommendations.
• Keep weekly and ad-hoc photographic documentation of progress.
• Manage coordination and communication among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant, and Main Contractor.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Employer and stakeholders for stage approvals and key milestones.
• Assist the Employer with information for potential clients.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned by management or the line manager.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial, and project management, particularly in major data center projects and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Capability to coordinate with concurrent base building operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, or MS Office, including MS Project Management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting and meet stringent deadlines.
• Advanced professional skills and knowledge in project management.
• Proficient in utilizing relevant information technology and systems.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
