Senior Project Manager, Medicare Advantage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead critical initiatives within our Medicare Advantage product suite.

• Oversee intricate, deadline-sensitive projects in a regulated healthcare setting.

• Collaborate closely with clinical, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and scalable results.

• Simplify regulatory and operational complexities into clear communications for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate productive working sessions, drive decision-making processes, and document outcomes effectively.

• Handle multiple annual project cycles while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar applications.

• Analyze and assess data and trends in partnership with Finance, Product, and other leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in project management.

• Direct experience in managing CMS applications and submissions (e.g., MA bid, PBP, HPMS, service area expansions, SNP Model of Care).

• Experience with managing state regulatory filings and Department of Insurance (DOI) applications.

• Previous experience overseeing supplemental benefit vendors (e.g., OTC, transportation, dental, vision, hearing, flex card, meal programs).

• Experience in managing vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance scorecards.

• Background in cross-functional program management, engaging clinical, compliance, finance, and operations teams.

• Familiarity with ISNP, C-SNP, or dual-eligible program operations is highly advantageous.
