Senior Project Manager, Medical Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for resolving issues and making decisions for medium to complex studies.

• Utilizes established portfolio, program, departmental, and project processes and workflows for effective planning, scheduling, and tracking.

• Ensures the maintenance of comprehensive and realistic project plans.

• Guides cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment on project scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.

• Oversees and mentors a small team of Associate Project Managers and/or Project Managers.

• Leads the evaluation, development, documentation, and implementation of changes.

• Identifies, evaluates, and manages risks that could impact the project's success.

• Regularly reviews reports on the status of the study.

• Provides oversight and coordination to address data reconciliation issues.

• Directs stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for assigned projects/programs.

• Takes ownership of the complete financial management for assigned studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated extensive experience in medical imaging and/or clinical development within the life sciences sector.

• Significant experience utilizing tools (e.g., MS Office) for conveying complex project statuses, risks, financials, and decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in biological science, health science, technology, or equivalent education coupled with relevant experience.

• Experience in mentoring and leading others is advantageous.

• Fluent in English.
