Senior Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Supervise the operations of clinical laboratory workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.

• Act as the primary contact for Clients regarding all aspects of ICON Central Laboratories' (ICL) services, facilitating the setup and daily management of studies to ensure client satisfaction.

• Attend Client meetings to represent ICL effectively.

• Manage studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

• Provide Clients with consistent updates on study progress, communicating information to Clients and PM Leadership in a professional and responsible manner.

• Represent Project Management at internal interdepartmental and interdivisional meetings within ICON.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide junior Project Managers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company during both client and internal meetings.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities to manage study documentation, timelines, and budgets efficiently.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 20%).
