Senior Project Manager – Internal Medicine Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization.

• Ensure compliance with both internal and external escalation pathways.

• Oversee the overall execution of cross-functional projects.

• Manage client expectations regarding project timelines and delivery.

• Facilitate the identification of risks and the resolution of issues.

• Ensure that the project team adheres to all relevant policies and regulations.

• Serve as a mentor and spearhead initiatives for process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in technical systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capability to delegate tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of advanced project management principles (Time, Quality, Cost).

• Solid financial skills with experience in budget management.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
