Senior Project Manager, Industrial Water

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the expansion and advancement of the Technology Market Sector within BC's Private Sector Business Unit.

• Elevating the firm's standing in IW through the application of top-notch technical, project management, and client service methodologies.

• Crafting and executing project delivery strategies and tactics in partnership with PSBU, Design Services, and Integrated Project Delivery leaders.

• Planning, executing, and managing projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.

• Tracking progress, managing risks and changes, addressing challenges, and communicating with stakeholders to provide regular updates.

• Independently managing mid-sized to large projects with minimal oversight.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing mid-size to large projects with progressively increasing responsibilities.

• Proficiency in developing and monitoring moderate project schedules.

• Proficiency in developing and monitoring moderate project budgets.

• Expertise in Risk Management.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in project planning, risk and change management, and contract management for mid-sized projects.

• Prior experience utilizing specialized knowledge in project management to deliver solutions for clients.

• A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or an equivalent relevant experience is required.

• A Master's in engineering and/or an MBA is preferred.

• PE registration is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of emotional intelligence.

• Expertise in process engineering.
