This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects by utilizing your industry network and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop service offerings, market strategies, and regional positioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in various sectors, including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies.
• Lead the development of proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projects.
• Propel revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Supervise and contribute to a diverse array of EH&S projects, ensuring technical proficiency, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all project stages.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams in planning, executing, and delivering complex environmental and health & safety initiatives.
• Create and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols to uphold high technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Work alongside clients to establish project objectives, manage expectations, and provide customized solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and enhance operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) consulting, with a solid foundation in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Remediation.
• Proven track record in developing client relationships, securing new business, and achieving profitable project results.
• Established capability to lead and develop teams, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Comprehensive understanding of California environmental regulations, including Cal/OSHA, DTSC, and RWQCB requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Willingness to travel regionally to assist client engagements and business development initiatives.
